Each year, the New Jersey HOSA State Executive Council hosts the Fall Leadership Conference, where chapter officers, advisors, and outstanding members gather for a day of excitement and leadership development. Participants attend workshops run by the state Executive Council, listen to guest speakers, and have the opportunity to connect with like-minded student leaders committed to HOSA’s advancement.
